allflot® - Pneumatic Flotation Machine

The allflot®-flotation in combination with conventional agitator flotation as rougher stage works for most applications most efficient. The scavenger allflot®cell improves the recovery, within the allflot®scavenger cleaner cell, the grade will be increased to desired figures. For coal it is different; always two allflot®cells in series will be used for processing.

allflot® cells are of simple design. The flotation period is no longer than the retention time of the pulp in the flotation vessel. Longer retention times of the suspension, i.e. larger flotation vessels, will in no case enhance the product quality because contrary to the agitation cells, aeration has been terminated upon passage of the pulp through the aerator. The pneumatic flotation cell operates on the principles of mixing the air and pulp in a continuous stream and ensuring that the correctly sized bubbles are fed into the pulp as it enters the cell.
